Santa Fe Skillet Chicken

Ingredients: 

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken bosoms

2 tbsp. Taco Seasoning

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

legitimate salt

1 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 little red onion, hacked

2 red chime peppers, slashed

1 15-oz. can dark beans, washed and depleted

2 c. destroyed Cheddar

Newly slashed cilantro, for serving



Recipe:

Season chicken with taco flavoring, cayenne pepper, and salt.

In an extensive skillet over medium-high warmth, warm oil. Include chicken and cook until never again pink, 6 minutes for each side, at that point exchange to a plate.

Include garlic, onion, and red pepper to skillet and cook until delicate, around 5 minutes. Mix in dark beans until the point that warmed through, at that point exchange blend to a bowl.

Diminish warmth to low and return chicken to skillet. Top with cheddar and dark bean blend, at that point cover and let warm until the point when cheddar is softened.

Embellishment with cilantro and serve.
