Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

2 substantial egg whites
4 teaspoons cornstarch, partitioned
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken bosoms, cut into 1-inch pieces
6 tablespoons unsalted ketchup
1/4 glass water
3 tablespoons juice vinegar
2 tablespoons darker sugar
1/2 tablespoons bring down sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil, isolated
1 red chime pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 glasses new pineapple lumps
2 teaspoons ground crisp ginger
3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
3/8 teaspoon genuine salt
