Cuban Refried Beans

Ingredients:

1 (15 1/2 ounce) would small be able to white beans or 1 (15 1/2 ounce) canpreferably cannellini beans

1⁄2 medium onion, cleaved

2 squeezed garlic cloves

1⁄4 glass olive oil

1 spanish chorizo, fricasseed and disintegrated

salt and pepper





Recipes: 

Heat beans to the point of boiling in a pan.

Strain fluid and dispose of.

Freely squash beans with a fork.

Sear and disintegrate Spanish Chorizo. Dispose of fat.

Sear onion till translucent.

Sear garlic in olive oil.

Blend in onion, garlic, olive oil, chorizos and salt/pepper.

Come back to pan and over low warmth blend until warmed altogether.
