Cheesy baked mushrooms


Ingredients:

20 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 can, tomato and onion blend
1 little green pepper, finely hacked salt and newly ground dark pepper
30 ml chutney
12 extensive dark colored mushrooms (stems evacuated), wiped clean with paper towels
100 ml ground develop cheddar



Method :

Ideal for without meat Mondays or for the individuals who need something lighter following a few days of liberality.

Natalee Hallgren of Tecoma, close East London, says this dish is a hit when her family have companions over for a braai.

1. Preheat the stove to 180 °c. Line a heating sheet with thwart or preparing paper.

2. Warmth the olive oil in a container and sear the garlic for 1 minute.

3. Include the tomato and onion blend and green pepper and stew until thick and fragrant.

4. Season with salt and pepper and include the chutney.

5. Put the mushrooms on the readied heating sheet. Spoon the sauce over the mushrooms and heat them for 15 minutes.

6. Scramble the cheddar to finish everything and prepare for an additional 5 minutes or until the point when the cheddar softens.
