Asian Turkey Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients:

1 extensive DOLE® Onion, hacked

1 tablespoon nut oil

1 (20 ounce) bundle ground turkey

1 container packaged Thai nut satay sauce, separated

2 tablespoons soy sauce, separated

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce



1 medium cucumber peeled and hacked

1/4 container coarsely hacked new mint

6 (10 inch) flour tortillas

1 (6 ounce) bundle DOLE Butter Bliss

little new mint leaves (discretionary)

Recipe:

Saute onion in nut oil in huge skillet over medium-high warmth 3 to 5 minutes or until the point that onion begins to diminish. Add turkey and saute 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Mix in 1/2 container satay sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Include cucumber and hacked mint; warm until hot.

Whisk together residual 1/2 container satay sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in little bowl.

Collect each wrap by spooning around 3/4 glass turkey blend on every tortilla and fixing with serving of mixed greens and mint leaves if wanted. Crease in sides of tortilla and move up. Cut down the middle and present with satay soy sauce blend.
