Bruschetta

Elements Of Bruschetta 

1 piece of nation bread
Cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes, slashed
Basil clears out
5 Tbsp of olive oil
4 portobello mushrooms cut
1 garlic clove ground
1 red bean stew , deseeded and slashed
1 Tbsp margarine



Salt and pepper, to taste

Step by step instructions to Make Bruschetta 

1.Slice the bread into two parts from the inside.

2.Cut a clove of garlic, rub on the surface of bread and sprinkle some olive oil on it.

3.Roast in the broiler for 5 minutes.


For mushroom and garlic topping: 

1.In a dish put margarine, oil, garlic, thyme and blend.

2.Add mushrooms, hacked chillies and hurl.

3.Add salt, pepper and cook.


For tomato and basil topping: 

1.In a bowl include hacked tomatoes, slashed basil, salt, pepper, olive oil and blend well .

2.To serve: Place the bread on a plate and heap up the fixings on it and serve.
