Eggplant Pan (Patlıcan Tava)
Ingredients for eggplant pan recipes 4 large eggplants 400 grams of veal 1 onion 2 red peppers 2 green peppers 2 tomatoes 1 tablespoon tomato paste 3 tablespoons oil Eggplant Dish Recipe

(Peeling is easy) After the aubergines are cold, they are stripped and chopped cubes. first put the eggplant on the pudding, then pour the meat pudding that we prepared on it. At 170 degrees, it is cooked for 20 minutes over the meat until it is slightly reddish. Then it is decorated with parsley over it. Different taste, different flavor. . . Bon Appetit
