Ball Meatballs Recipe
It is An exquisite recipe: meatballs. If you like, blend it with greens between your lavash or normal bread, served with ayran next to it. Add your favorite food, including chickpeas and dried bean, if you like, and make your meals cheerful.

Ingredients;

4 potatoes,

1 onion,

Red pepper,

Salt,



Meatballs ingredients;

250 grams mince,

1 small onion,

2 cloves of garlic,

1 tablespoon semolina,

1 wiping tablespoon inside bread ,

Cumin, black pepper, salt


Ball  Meatballs Recipe;
 
In order to prepare the meatball, we first take our mince in a large kneading container, then 
add the onion and garlic. add our spices (we sprinkle the onion water),mix them  then 
wait for 15 minutes to rest.
 
We add the rest of our materials after the rest, we get bigger, rounder balls from the ball, and 
we fry them in  oil.
While the frying process is in progress, we will wash our potatoes, peel them into cubes,
and let them fry.
Then we chop our peppers  (large cut) and roast them. When all the ingredients are fried, 
let them wait for a while in the paper towels  to help them throw away the oil they get.
 
Mixture:
 
we cut off the onion and fried with oil in the pot. then let's add the tomato paste and continue 
frying. After frying the tomato paste  add hot water  but not too much . because 
it should be thick. Then add the meatballs  peppers and potatoes that we prepared 
before. Mix and cook it 1 or 2 minutes. 
And you can serve it
